  As an added benefit to our customers, we ship all orders, both boutique bows and cheer bows, for FREE! We ship either first class or priority mail via USPS, depending on the weight of the package.

  Time Frame for Shipping

  Cheer Bows

  Due to the popularity of our products, please allow four weeks when ordering your custom team bows to ensure promt delivery.  I can not stree enough the importance of ordering your cheer bows early.  On average, the bows are shipped in two to four weeks but on occasion can take up to six weeks.  Please remeber that there are other teams ahead of you in line.  The day you place your order will hold your spot in line, it will not be the day work on your order begins.   The best time to order your bows during competition season would be at the same time that you are sizing your uniforms.  This should give you more than enough time to receive your order.

  Boutique Bows

  Boutique bows will usually ship within two weeks but on occasion can take as long as three weeks.  While most orders ship very quickly, please note that this is not guaranteeing that you will receive your bows in two or three weeks.  It is guaranteeing that your order will SHIP within two or three weeks.

  All bows are custom made, therfore, we do not offer returns on cheer bows or boutique bows.  No exceptions.  If there is ever an error in workmanship, we will be happy to fix and return the bows to you.




• Miscellaneous

• Bow Attachement

  PLEASE do not use the elastic band attached to the bow to secure your ponytail! I can guarantee that you will break the band if you do this.  The elastic band on the cheer bow is strictly for attaching the bo to an already made and secure ponytail.  I receommend atleast one elastic pony O to secure a ponytail, sometimes two or three pony o's are rquired for thicker hair.  After the pony tail is secure and the cheer bow is in, you will then use the two extra long ribbons attached to the bow to tie the cheer bow to your ponytail.  This is just another extra benefit we give our customers.

Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
  
  MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Boutique Bows with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Boutique Bows with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Boutique Bows. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
